THERMAL TRANSFER IMPRINTS
As a great alternative to four-color process screen imprinting, thermal transfer imprints offer photo quality reproduction of designs, which are often too complex for spot screen imprinting. Designs can incorporate the full color spectrum and do not have to be screened, thus creating printed images with greater clarity. Another advantage of thermal transfers is on short runs; thermal transfer imprinting may be a more economical way to print compared to spot screen imprinting because there are no set-up charges required. Run charge (cost per piece to imprint) is determined by the size of the printed image, rather than number of colors. Please note that thermal transferred imprints can only be applied to white or light colored fabric. Charges will be added to final order.
